Terrible phone

Terrible phone. I switched from IPhone 11 to 16. It’s smaller than the 11 but MUCH heavier. Had to charge my 11 twice a week but 16 has to be charged EVERYDAY because it goes dead so fast. Have not changed the way I use it, just has an awful battery. The touch screen doesn’t work, can’t select prompts on websites. I have to wait to come home and use my iPad to accomplish banking or respond to requests. Had to buy all new chargers because they changed the ports. Absolutely terrible phone, I hate it. I gave it a 1 because there was not a zero.

English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.

Verizon store was horrible. Employees were slow and grouchy. Enployees did not jeep me inforned, were not knowledgeable about anything, took 2 hours to speak with a person although i was next in line for 1.5 of tjose hours. Disgraceful.

I received the phone, delivered right to the house. The phone was easy to set up and use. I reviewed it on utube and quickly became comfortable with it. I upgraded from an iPhone 11. My only concern is the 5g service. It’s designed for a more populated area with many surrounding towers. I only receive about two bars signal where I live. Now when I make calls they get dropped very frequently, which didn’t happen with the older iPhone with 4g service. My wife bought the iPhone 16 also and is having the same problem.

It’s a Phone, not a Status Symbol.

Ok, kids, it’s a phone not a lifestyle choice. Does it work as you want it to - yes. Can you use it for basic communication, photos, video, etc - yes. Does it have a better camera than my admittedly aged previous device - yes. In other words, it was a plug and play replacement for my old device and that was exactly what I wanted.
