Connect to your Android or iOS phone's GPS to check out your pace and distance and then see a map of your workout in the Fitbit app.
Track your heart rate.
Assess your heart rhythm for atrial fibrillation with the compatible ECG app and share the results with your doctor.5 You can also get notifications if your heart rate is high, low or irregular.

how is it charged
To charge the Fitbit Inspire 3, plug the included charging cable into a USB port (on a computer, or a safety-certified USB wall charger), then align the pins on the cable with the gold contacts on the back of the tracker and gently press it in until it snaps into place. -Cynthia

How do you change the band on the fitbit to the larger size?
To change the band, use the quick-release lever on the underside of the device. For additional asisstance with this we would recommend checking directly with the manufacturer if needed. -Josh

Will it track location?
No, the Fitbit Inspire 3 does not have built-in GPS, however it can use your phone's GPS to track your location. -Necia

My step tracker is extremely inaccurate. I tried everything but I can't stop the GPS. They say it's still running. I don't know if the other ones are accurate, I've been wasting my time on the step counter.
