Ordered this 2 weeks ago. UPS lost the order. Verizon said they would send a replacement 5 days ago and that I would receive a new order confirmation. I never did. Rough for me considering I spent $330 for them lol. Product nowhere in sight. I’m on hold with customer care yet again. Figured I’d kill some time here.
