Not pleased with outcome of transitioning and start up with new phone. Disappointed with servicing and updating from one phone to the new. Came back to the store 2 times after sale. Told to update email. Very disapointed with service. I have been a Verizon member since my first flip phone 2000.

Ok. First off Julie was amazing. She greeted me in store not once but twice and I received my cables and I could not be more pleased. Next, David helped me solve a situation with a couple of my devices and I really appreciate what he did. That is why I came back to this store. I felt David did a fantastic Job and I saw the line build up behind me and he was never stressed. So thank you Julie and David for making this a totally professional experience.
