This hotspot is worthless. I got as a replacement for my 5G model from Verizon (which for some reason I was downgraded without my knowledge) and it’s NEVER worked properly. I have configured it and still doesn’t work. I am super upset I was stuck with this piece of garbage

This thing is ALWAYS dying. We try to keep it plugged in and it still dies constantly. Works fine when it isn’t dying. After looking at reviews months after buying it-I see we are not the only ones having this issue with it.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

works well. finds internet fine. however this is my 3rd jetpack !! the first one was recalled with a battery issue after 3 years. the 2nd one just plain quit after 5 years. Lastly the price has gone from 9.99/month to well over $60/month. this is over a 10 year span. if you travel to places with limited or no internet this jetpack is worth it. if you can always find internet, then pass.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I've been using this hotspot in my airplane hangar for more than two years now, and it's been hooked up to two Wyse cameras and two smart outlets. It's always been plugged in and has never given me any problems.

Misses on network speed. Not useful when I'm trying to get work done. Other Mobile Hotspots deliver what is expected. Plus the battery lasts for about 2 hours.

Fairly easy to connect but often does not stay connected and I must reconnect several times. I usually have 3 devices (laptops) connected so there is no reason for it to disconnect so often and the battery life is terrible. I gave it a 3 star because as I said it works but if you require it to connect to multiple devices and stay connected then you may want something more reliable/stable.

Customer service is a disaster. We ordered a new Orbic through Verizon. It showed full signal however after 2-3 feet reception would fall apart. Not worth it. Stay away.

The speeds are laughably slow, considering it's a dedicated Hotspot. The Hotspot feature on my phone and tablet is much faster and more reliable. Plus, this overheats easily and the battery life is quite short, but you can't even remedy that with leaving it plugged in, because then it overheats and forces standby until the charger is removed. I wish I could refund this terrible thing. It's essentially been my overnight updater, and then game off of my phone or tablet.

Navigate through the screen using the select button to get to the 2.4GHz or 5.0GHz. Then you select it using the power button. You can retrieve the keys there. If you run into questions, please Private message us. ~Balter

The message "Retrieving data usage info" never goes away on the Home Screen, but I am able to go through the menu. There are 4-5 service bars, but I can't connect. I have rebooted, reset, removed and reinstalled the battery = nothing.

Does the Orbic support 5g?

What are the download/upload speeds?
