Splash, water, and dust resistance are not permanent conditions and resistance might decrease as a result of normal wear. Do not attempt to charge a wet iPhone; refer to the user guide for cleaning and drying instructions. Liquid damage not covered under warranty.
All battery claims depend on network configuration and many other factors; actual results will vary. Battery has limited recharge cycles and may eventually need to be replaced by Apple service provider. Battery life and charge cycles vary by use and settings. The phone arrived sooner than expected and was in better condition than rated, kudos to Verizon! I'm very glad I finally upgraded to the 13 pro from my 6s. The 13 pro is a very nice phone and works great. I highly recommend a certified pre=owned phone from Verizon!

The phone is nice. The set up was a nightmare. Took me three hours of phone tech support and 1.5 hours in a Verizon store, which after the phone still didn’t work. And although I said I had a trade in at time of purchase, I have not received any information for the return. I’ve phoned Verizon about the returned and have NOT received any helpful information. Way to back out of a $140 exchange credit Verizon!

I need my phone unlocked and everyone I've taken it too says I have to wipe it clean and go back to factory default. I will lose everything on it. Is there anything you can do? I can't get in my phone to go to factory default. Please tell me what to do.

Is the warranty on cpo iPhones 90 days or one year? The info says 90 but an FAQ response says one year.
