I have no positive feed back for. Purchasing IPhone 12 refurb, worst phone purchase. The calculator wouldn’t even work that’s when I knew this phone had to be sent back

It was extremely difficult to set up the phone going from an android to an iPhone. I did the online chat and was cut off 4 times and they were not helpful at all, asking me to keep redoing what I did. Finally got ahold of a person and they took my name then all I could hear in the background was music and laughing. They never came back to talk to me and I waited an hour. I am definitely considering switching phone carriers because of the incompetent customer service department.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

The iPhone 12 was in great shape on arrival. The only thing I have an issue with is The battery capacity was only 81%. Would have liked it to be at least 85%. The rest of the iPhone 12 seems to be in great shape.

We have bought certified pre owned phones in the past for our kids. We just bought this pre owned phone for our son. The phone did not have a SIM card tray in it. We took it to a Verizon store to see what could be done. The man working said that this was a first of ever seeing no SIM tray. We were told to either call customer service and see what they can do or order it off of Amazon. I understand pre certified are not always in perfect condition, but I do expect it to have all parts since we paid a good amount of money for it.
