Horrible Customer Service

Don’t order via the app for pick up. I ordered from the app, they never told me it was ready and then cancelled the order 4 days later. I visited the Verizon store and no one could explain why this happened and no one cared to make it right. I’m still waiting for the refund to go back to my gift card.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had apple air pods to use with my pixel six but they were dying slowly so I bought this set. I thoroughly enjoyed my air pods but was not happy with the limited software features since this is an android phone (I inherited them from my wife when she upgraded). Anyway, the fit was great using the medium tips. Excellent sound, easily on par with my previous set. I love the noise cancelling feature and I use it when driving with the window down. I can use the finger taps to answer and hang up calls. I wish they had the voice answer feature that my Plantronics Voyager had but not a huge deal I will definitely look into whatever version is out there when it comes time to replace these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Pixel Buds Pro 2 are phenomenal! These are aimed at Google Pixel phones and android phones but they linked up to my iPhone Bluetooth super fast and they work amazingly even though I am unable to use all the features such as the Google AI, but I think I might switch over to a Google pixel phone after having such a great experience with them! They fit great and are secure, are very comfortable for extended wear, they are very lightweight and so compact! I love the material they are made with and how durable they are!! Not to mention how cute they are and the case is cute as well as the packaging! Very sleek and organized! The battery life is great too and lasts all day long without needing a charge. The sound quality is excellent and I am not usually a fan of earbuds but these are an exception! I was amazed by how capable they are of canceling noise! The noise cancellation works even if you aren’t listening to anything and they stop whatever is playing when you remove them so you don’t miss anything. The best part is that if someone tries to talk to you all you have to do is a long tap on the earbud to turn off the noise cancellation so you can hear them. They come with 4 different sized ear tips too which is very unique and makes them easy to get a good fit for your ears. I can honestly say these are the best earbuds I have ever had the pleasure of using and will be getting a ton of use out of them since I have 3 kids, two which are teenagers who are very noisy. This way I can listen to my shows, podcasts and music without trying to hear over all the constant noises around me! I recommend these to anyone who enjoys a quality immersive sound for their earbuds and the AI features and built in mic are great features. I love how secure they fit and won’t fall out while running, working out or cleaning! They are also water and dust resistant which is a nice touch!
